In particular, is connected to the development of the
innovation environment

responsible for preparing the regional plan of Satakunta, and its
implementation plan in co-operation with regional government officials, municipalities, and
other financing partners

responsible for impelementing
Objective 2 programme (EAKR)
and Objective 3 Botnia-Atlantica programme in the region,
enhancing regional cooperation (among others The Regional Centre Programme
and Centres of Expertise Programme) and other projects concerning
regional development and coordination

responsible for following up of regional development avtivities as well
as the research carried out by the Regional Council of Satakunta
