Rauma City’s new electronic feedback service was launched on 1 June 2017. The residents can register the feedback service thanks, complaints and suggestions on the services, activities and decision-making of the city of Rauma. Feedback can be given, for example, to the maintenance of streets and other common areas, as well as social or leisure services. It is also easy to tell from your customer service experience in the Feedback Service.
Service does not require logging in, but registration can track the processing of your feedback. You can attach an image or other attachment to it, and mark the subject related to the feedback on the map. The system utilizes maps of the Rauma Map Service. In addition, feedback from others can be viewed from the service.
The system is also designed to work well on mobile devices.
