Mnuu huki – Participatory budgeting

Mnuu Huki is the City of Rauma’s participatory budgeting project, which is now in it’s third year. This year, residents can decide how the city should spend 100 000 euros allocated to the project.
Ideas are gathered in February, and voting on the suggestions happens in March and April.
All suggestions will be processed and their viability assessed. The ideas can be about well-being, leisure, or common activities. Individuals, friends and communities can all take part.
The goal of participatory budgeting is to increase the co-operation of residents, communities and businesses.
The pages will be updated and filled out as the stages of Mnuu Huki progress.
