Covid-regulations extended until 31 January

The Satakunta regional infectious disease prevention team gathered on Thursday 12 December and decided to extend the current covid-recommendations until 31 January 2021. Mask recommendation is extending to upper comprehensive schools and limitations in youth activities effect people under 20 years of age.

Upper secondary schools and school transports in Rauma will follow the mask recommendations from 12 January onward. First masks will be distributed to pupils in schools on Tuesday. Pupils will receive fours masks per schoolday. Guardians and pupils will be notified further via Wilma-message. Schools will stay in contact teaching.

Rauma lyseo upper secondary school will also stay in contact teaching.

Day care centers will operate normally. Parents are advised to follow the strong mask recommendation when picking up their children.

Mask recommendation is in use for upper comprehensive school aged children in youth facilities, music academy and adult education center from 12 January onward.

Libraries, museums and swimming hall is open normally, but attendance can be limited if necessary.

Limitations in youth hobby activities affect people under 20 years of age starting from 11 January. Competitions, match and league activities indoors remain stopped. Training for people under the age of 20 must follow regulations and guidelines and maintain social distancing.
