The Defence Forces’ nationwide March to Seven Wonders tour will land in Rauma on Tuesday 22.8.The unprecedented spectacle combining military music and games will be performed at Kivikylä Arena starting at 7 pm. Tickets are on sale at Ticketmaster.
A spectacular musical adventure with over 300 musicians. It combines a marching band, orchestras and the world of musicals. The impressive performance is supported by music composed and written for it.
The singers and actors are young and talented performers from Tampere University of Applied Sciences’ music degree programme. Kaisa Leppänen and Tuuli Paju play the leading roles.
The spectacle includes all the Defence Forces bands. In addition, Rauma Youth Band and the Hamina and Kotka Region Wind Orchestras will perform their own march in alternating acts.
The performance is written by Samuel Harjanne, Jack Johansson and Petrus Kähkönen. Harjanne and Kähkönen are responsible for the direction.
