Six Covid infections diagnosed in sheltered housing service Saga Kanalinranta

During the weekend, Covid infections were diagnosed in sheltered housing service Saga Kanalinranta. A combined of six cases were diagnosed.
Infectious disease authorities have imposed a visiting ban on the housing service.

Part of the staff and inhabitants have already been tested and the rest will be tested on Monday 15 February.

The incubation period for covid-19 is usually 4 to 5 days, but can vary from 1 to 14. If the exposed person displays even mild symptoms, such as runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, loss of taste or smell or diarrhea in some cases, they must be tested immediately.
