Transport Union strike halts Rauman Gyyt local traffic on Friday 2 February

The strike of the Finnish Transport Workers Union (AKT) on Friday 2 February will stop the Gyyt traffic in Rauma. The strike will also affect Seutu+ traffic.

The Rauma Gyyt lines affected by the strike are 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 3, 4, 4A, 4C, 4X, 5, 50, 50A, 50S, 53, 58, 59, 6, 6X, 80 and 80V.

The Region+ lines affected by the strike are 50, 51, 52, 52X, 53X, 54, 59, 100, 101, 102, 104, 151,152, 154, 161,162, 163, 164 and 165.

Any possible still driven routes will be updated on www.rauma.fi/rauman-gyyt, according to the information provided by the operators.

– The city regrets any inconvenience caused by the strike. We will clarify the situation with the transport operators. During the previous strike, some school transports were able to run, says Mikael Saive, public transport planner.

Traffic will resume as normal on Saturday 3 February.
