Child welfare supervisors work to to clarify the paternity issues concerning the children born out of wedlock (outside of marriage). After the parents have moved to separate addresses, they also take part in negotiations between the parents and officially confirm the contracts on the child’s custody and caretaking, place of residence, visiting rights and issues regarding maintenance allowance.
