Health care services
We treat a wide range of medical conditions from chronic diseases to acute emergencies. The healthcare center is open from Monday to Thursday 8.00 am–4.00 pm and on Fridays 8.00 am–3.00 pm.
For booking an appointment with a nurse or a doctor, please contact the Call center +358 2 835 2400. The Call center is open from Monday to Thursday 7.30 am–5.00 pm and on Fridays 7.30 am–3.00 pm. At busy times please leave a call back and your call will be returned as quickly as possible on the same day.
Outside of opening hours in the evenings and at weekends until 10.00 pm, emergency care is provided by Rauma acute clinic. It is advisable to phone before attending, a nurse will assess the need for emergency care and give further instructions. Please contact Rauma acute clinic +358 2 835 2670.
Emergency at night time
Night time emergency care is provided by Satasairaala between 10.00 pm and 7.30 am,

It is advisable to phone before attending, a nurse will assess the need for emergency care and give further instructions. Satasairaala is situated at Sairaalantie 3, 28500 Pori, and the emergency department is located in building K.
In life-threatening emergency situations immediately call the emergency number: 112.
Face masks recommended for people over 15-years-old
From 13 November onward, people over 15-years-old should wear a mask in the following situations:
- Coming in as a patient for a scheduled appointment
- Escorting another person
- Visiting patient wards
Please use a mask that covers the nose and mouth. If needed, a disposable mask will be provided from the unit. Put the mask in the garbage bin near the doors as you leave.
Use hand sanitizer when you arrive and when you leave.
Laboratory services
For access to laboratory services patients require a referral from a healthcare center doctor. Private or occupational healthcare doctor’s referrals are not accepted. The doctor will provide instructions about how the tests need to be done and patients need to book an appointment at the laboratory.
