Child Welfare

Child welfare’s intentions are to secure children´s rights to valuable life and guarantee the possibility for them to have safe relationships in their lives.

Parents and custodians have primary responsibility for their children´s welfare. Child welfare can offer support when a child or a family needs help. Every child is justified for secure growing environment, stable and versatile growth, and special protection. Child welfare’s duty is to ensure these rights. Child´s participation in things and child’s hearing are highlighted. Working begins from each child’s level and his/her needs.
