A dynamic logistics and industrial park for growing companies

The Lakari logistics and industrial park is located in Rauma in the South-Western corner of Finland. The industrial and naval enterprise environment is supported by strong export, a logistically optimal location, expertise and the co-operation of local companies. Economic growth of the area has been positive for the past few years and the need for new partners and employees is constant. The industrial branches are lumber industry, naval industry and metal industry.

The logistics and industrial park is a dynamic environment that will cover the needs of even the larger companies. The large area enables significant floor square meters for all industrial needs. The park is conveniently located between highways 8 & 12 and it is possible to connect the area to the national railway network.

Lakari-Liinala

Lakari-Liinala business area id located around highway 8’s Luostarinkylä junction. The area connects Susivuori and Lakari industrial areas together.

The area’s key feature is the close connections to the road network.

The Lakari-Liinala area has building rights for approximately 304,000 floor square meters. The total area of the area is about 198 hectares. The area northwest of Highway 8 belongs to the Susivuori industrial area. The site plan does not have precise plot and block divisions, but building sites can be versatilely modified to meet different needs. The plan allows the construction of industrial, warehouse and logistics buildings as well as office premises.
