Fjäder circular economy area

Fjäder circular economy area is located in Rauma’s Northeast industrial area, with good asphalt traffic connections. The area has e.g. processing of clean soil, waste concrete, other construction waste and forestry products (bioenergy terminal).

The area also has a ready-planned block as an area for industrial and warehouse buildings, where a facility that processes or stores hazardous chemicals on a large scale may be located.

There is also a soil bank and the Rauma regional waste station in the immediate vicinity of the area. A 40-hectare solar power plant and a battery storage facility are also being built near the area.
