Children’s play: Pikku Prinssi (in Finnish)

Lapin Patolampiteatteri, together with the Children’s Theater Club PikkuPatolampi, presents the play “Pikku Prinssi” (The Little Prince), based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s beloved book classic of the same name. The play is in Finnish.

In the story, The Little Prince spends his time on a distant asteroid, where he cleans volcanoes, admires sunsets, and tends to a vain rose. One day, The Little Prince becomes tired of this life and sets out to explore the world. During his journey, he experiences and sees many strange things. However, it is the encounter with a fox that leaves the greatest impression on the prince, leading to a deep friendship.

The play “The Little Prince,” created by the Children’s Theater Club, is part of Lapin Patolampiteatteri’s 30th anniversary celebration. How will this classic tale unfold in the hands of young actors? What adventures will The Little Prince encounter on his journey? We welcome everyone to experience and witness this adventure, a story that is both enchanting and enlightening.
