The Animals // Kulttuurikuppila Brummi

The legendary British band The Animals will be performing at Kulttuurikuppila Brummi in Rauma on Good Friday, 2024!

The duration of the show is approximately 1.5 hours without intermission. The concert starts at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 5:30 PM. After the show, there will be an open after-party for everyone! Performing on the Corner side after the concert: Danny McNap! Following the live music, there will be karaoke (entry with cloakroom fee, €2).

”House of the Rising Sun”, “We Gotta Get Out of This Place”, “Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood”, “It’s My Life”, “I Put A Spell On You”, “Boom Boom” & “Bring It On Home To Me”… These hits and many more will be heard at this legendary concert.

In 1964, the wave of energetic rock and roll swept over the world’s youth, with The Beatles, The Rolling Stones – and of course, The Animals, founded by John Steel and Eric Burdon, riding its crest. The band got its name from its wild stage presence.

Although The Animals’ performance on stage has since calmed down, the music of this band, celebrating its sixties, is still very much alive and the legend only grows. Recently, Classic Rock magazine included the band’s debut album in its list of “50 Albums That Built Blues Rock”.

On The Animals’ tour, one of the founding members, John Steel, will be present from the original lineup. Additionally, the band includes Danny Handley, Barney Williams, and Norman Helm.
