Rauma City Hall
The City Hall’s information desk and phone reception will be closed 7.–27.7.
Service point Pyyrman (Valtakatu 2 A) will operate normally during this time: Mon, Wed, Thu 9 am–4 pm, Tue 9 am–5 pm and Fri 9 am–3 pm.
The Pyyrman service point serves as a reception point for the city’s documents, excluding the documents of the employment services.
Employment services
The lobby services of the Rauma Region Employment Services (TYP) office (Valtakatu 6) is closed 30.6.–13.7.
The lobby services on Aittakarinkatu will operate normally during this time.
When the lobby services on Valtakatu are closed, the Aittakarinkatu office will serve as a reception point for the employment authorities’ documents.
The lobby services of the Rauma Employment Services unit (Aittakarinkatu 21) will be closed 14.7.–27.7.

Real Estate Management
The city’s real estate management office is open by appointment only

Building supervision
Building supervision is open as usual.
In pre-arranged meetings, the customer is picked up at the door.
The inspectors are available on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
When the front door is closed, please call the building control on-call number 044 403 6104, which is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The e-service will operate normally on the building control website during the summer. Through the e-service, you can submit a permit application, order drawings, plans and maps.
If necessary, documents can also be left in Pyyrman.
