Adults and seniors
All of our exercise groups are low-threshold exercises that are easy for everyone to participate in. The groups are therefore also suitable for beginners.
The groups are open to everyone. It is not necessary to register for the groups, unless otherwise mentioned.

Summer Exercise Groups June 1–July 31, 2026
Monday
9–10 a.m. Stadium Workout, Winter Training Hall, Teollisuuskatu 19.

10:30–11:15 a.m. Stick exercise, Pyynpää grass field, Vähäkinnontie 4A,
12:00–1:00 p.m. Playtime, Karin Campus, Aittakarinkatu 10, Weeks 23–31. Additional information below the exercise groups.
1:30–2:30 p.m. Outdoor fitness group, Otanlahti outdoor fitness area, Suvitie, weeks 23–31
Tuesday
10:00–10:45 a.m. Cardio workout, Lönnström Park, Kappelinsalmi P, weeks 23–31
12:30–1:15 p.m. Chair exercise, Campus courtyard, Aittakarinkatu 10, Weeks 23–31
1:30–2:00 p.m. Chair exercise, Metsotie 10, inner courtyard, Weeks 23–31
Wednesday
10:00–11:00 Strength training, Campus courtyard, Aittakarinkatu 10, Weeks 23–31
12:00 Walking tour, June 3: Ketunkallio, June 10: Petäjäs, June 17: Otanlahti, June 24: Pyytjärvi. Weeks 23–31.

1:30–2:00 PM Body maintenance, Kaunisjärvi Park, Steniuksenkatu 2, Weeks 23–31. You can bring your own exercise mat.
