Adults and seniors
All of our exercise groups are low-threshold exercises that are easy for everyone to participate in. The groups are therefore also suitable for beginners.
The groups are open to everyone. It is not necessary to register for the groups, unless otherwise mentioned.

Monday
9–10 a.m. Stadium Workout, Winter Training Hall, Teollisuuskatu 19. Weeks 23–31.
10:30–11:15 a.m. Stick exercise, Pyynpää grass field, Vähäkinnontie 4A, Weeks 23–31.
12:00–1:00 p.m. Game hour, Karin Kampus, Aittakarinkatu 10, Weeks 23–31. Additional information below the exercise groups.
1:30–2:30 p.m. Outdoor gym group, Otanlahti outdoor gym area, Suvitie, weeks 23–31
Tuesday
10:00–10:45 a.m. Cardio workout, Lönnström Park, Kappelinsalmi P, weeks 23–31
12:30–1:15 p.m. Chair exercise, Campus courtyard, Aittakarinkatu 10, Weeks 23–31
1:30–2:00 p.m. Chair exercise, Metsotie 10, inner courtyard, Weeks 23–31

10.00-11.00 a.m. Muscle strenght training, Campus yard, Aittakarinkatu 10, Week 23-31 12.00

1.30-2.00 p.m. Body care, Kaunisjärvi park, Steniuksenkatu 2, Week 23-31. You can bring your own exercise mat.
Thursday
9.00 a.m. Nature hike, 4.6. Ryssänkallio, **11.6. Hierkonpolku, 25.6. Cycling trip to Maanpäännokka. July hikes will be announced later! Weeks 23-24, 26-3. More information below the exercise groups.
12.45-1.15 p.m. Chair exercise, Kiuruvahe 5A, Weeks 23-24, 26-31
1.30-2.30 p.m. Outdoor gym group, Pyytjärvi outdoor gym area, Uudenlahdentie, Weeks 23-24, 26-31
Friday
8.45-9.30 a.m. Body awakening, Otanlahti beach park, Suvitie, Weeks 23-24, 26-31. You can bring your own exercise mat.
10.00-11.00 a.m. Walking + Outdoor gym, Lähdepelto, Kodisjoentie 91, Weeks 23-24, 26-31
Game hour: Low-threshold outdoor and indoor games throughout the summer!
8.6. at 12.00 p.m. Curling and badminton in the campus gym. Gathering at the main door of the Kari campus on the Sahankatu side.
15.6. at 12.00 p.m. Darts and petanque in the yard of the Kari campus, Aittakarinkatu 10.
22.6. at 12.00 p.m Basketball in the yard of the Kari campus, Aittakarinkatu 10.
Nordic walking: Nordic walking poles optional. We go at the pace of the group.
10.6. at 12:00 p.m. Petäjäs Nature Trail, starting from the Leppäläntie parking lot (near Villa Talbo). Easy terrain. Route length approximately 2km.
17.6. at 12:00 p.m. Otanlahti area. Starting next to the Multipurpose Hall, Urheilukatu 19. The route runs through the beaches of Fåfänga and forest trails, length approximately 5km. Easy terrain. 24.6. at 12.00 p.m. Pyytjärvi fitness trail. Departure from the parking lot, at the end of Uudenlahdentie. Route length 3.5km. Terrain medium.
Nature hikes: You can bring your own water bottle and snacks for nature hikes.
**11.6. at 9.00 a.m Hierkonpolu nature hike, Reila. The route length is approximately 6km. Fairly easy, with some rootstock in places. Departure by bus from Karin Kampus, Sahankatu side. Please state each participant’s name. Please be there on time. Registration will not be confirmed separately.

25.6. at 9:00 a.m. Cycling trip to Maanpäännokka. Departure from Kari campus, Sahankatu side. The trip is approximately 10km long. We go at the pace of the group.
