Delays in the Delivery of Playground Equipment Parts Are Holding Up the Completion of the Central Park Renewal

The major renewal of Rauma’s Central Park is in its final stages; however, contrary to the original plan, the playground will not be ready for use as expected. The project was scheduled for completion by mid-June, but parts for the playground equipment have not yet arrived. Delivery challenges are delaying the park’s opening.
– The completion date for the park renovation depends entirely on the arrival of the missing orders. We will open the park as soon as the work is finished, says Construction Engineer Petteri Kuusisto.
After the playground equipment has been installed, the remaining steps will include installing the artificial turf and completing the finishing touches.
