With Oma Kippa, you can, for example, check upcoming waste collection dates and order additional collections.
The City of Rauma Waste Management Services has introduced the online Oma Kippa service. The service allows customers to conveniently manage waste services for their properties online, anytime and anywhere.
“We want to provide our customers with a service that is always available, so they can take care of their waste management needs whenever it suits them best. We encourage customers to create login credentials and start using Oma Kippa,” says Waste Management Advisor Kaisa Österlund.
With the Oma Kippa online service, you can:
- Check upcoming waste collection dates
- Update your billing and contact information
- Change your collection frequency or order an additional collection
- Suspend waste collections
- View your invoices
- Submit a composting notification
- Submit a contact request
New customers can start using Oma Kippa by creating an account. If you are already a customer but do not yet have login credentials, you can create them in the service.
