Installations of Lungi Smart Smoke Detectors at Sahanpolku 1

During week 39, Kiinteistö Oy Sinisaar will install new smart smoke detectors at Sahanpolku 1 A and B. Residents have been given a notice with a more detailed schedule.

The smoke detector is the Lungi Smart Smoke Detector with condition monitoring service from Rauman Energia Oy. The condition monitoring service allows heating control based on actual conditions and provides real-time information about the apartment’s conditions and any deviations.

Each smoke detector is assigned to a specific apartment and should not be removed by residents. With this service, we can monitor the condition and faults of each smoke detector. The smoke detector works and sounds alarms in the apartment normally, and in case of an alarm, residents should follow the safety instructions.
