The building’s door opening system is original from 1996. The apartment intercoms constantly make a buzzing sound, which is why the sound has been turned off. The door panel and door opening work normally, but now the resident’s voice isn’t heard downstairs at the panel.
The door phone system and the apartment intercoms will be replaced as soon as possible with a modern Aiphone system in the near future. A similar update has already been done at Metsotie 10, and it will be carried out at Metsotie 4 and 8 at some point.
