The Leikarinpolku underpass will be closed Sept. 14–15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to resurfacing work

Leikarinpolku—the pedestrian and bike path and underpass running between Prisma and Citymarket—will be closed to traffic on Monday, September 14, and Tuesday, September 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The path’s surface will be repaved during those two days. Outside of the closure times, the underpass will be open as usual.
The old asphalt in the area to be resurfaced has already been removed, and the road currently has a gravel surface.
Traffic controllers will be stationed at the closure points during the work.
