Coordination of Wellbeing

Wellbeing Program 2030
In accordance with Rauma’s City Strategy 2030, our goal is to ensure that residents are thriving, active, and engaged, while enhancing Rauma’s overall appeal. Special emphasis is placed on the comprehensive wellbeing of children and young people, in close collaboration with families and other stakeholders.
The wellbeing program creates a unified service concept in cooperation with the city and its various interfaces to promote residents’ wellbeing, aligned with the strategic priorities. National themes guide the city’s cross-sectoral efforts to advance wellbeing.

Learn About Plans to Promote Well-Being
In accordance with Rauma’s City Strategy 2030, our goal is to ensure residents are well-being, active, and engaged, while also increasing Rauma’s appeal.
The well-being program includes statutory municipal well-being planning, which consists of several separate plans, such as a well-being plan for children and young people, a student welfare plan, and a contingency plan. These plans must take into account local needs and connections with networks and welfare services.
The well-being report and plans are integrated into the city’s strategy and influence its financial planning.
