A Service Provider for Karttu’s Summer Season – Applications Open Until 10 April 2026

A new service provider will be selected to deliver summer activities at Karttu, located in Reksaari. The main season runs from June to August, but activities may also be organised throughout the entire period from May to September.
– Karttu is a unique place to spend a summer’s day, and we want it to remain available for both residents and visitors in the future. That is why we are now looking for a new service provider to manage Karttu’s summer arrangements, says Susanna Suoramaa, Property Manager at the Facilities Services.
The Karttu site includes buildings from an old archipelago farmstead: a main building serving as a café, several outbuildings, two rentable accommodation cabins and two saunas. The selected service provider will have access to all buildings free of charge.
– Summer activities can take almost any form, as long as they are organised regularly throughout the season. I warmly encourage entrepreneurs, families, groups of friends and associations to apply, Suoramaa adds.
The provider is selected through an informal application. The application should describe the planned activities and opening hours, as well as the available workforce resources.
