Three girls on a bus stop

The accessibility and functionality of public transport stops in Rauma are being assessed through an online survey. The aim is to obtain up-to-date information on the current condition of the stops and to identify locations where accessibility and safety can be improved. The survey is open until 31 July 2026.

– We want to hear residents’ observations and experiences regarding, for example, access to bus stops, the functionality of waiting areas, shelters, lighting, and boarding buses, says public transport planner Mikael Saive.

The responses will be used to form an overall picture of accessibility and to support the planning of future development and improvement measures.

– All observations are valuable, even if the respondent does not have personal experience of mobility impairments, Saive adds.
