The sports holiday week in Rauma offers activities and experiences from February 16 to 20, 2026. The programme includes movies, social time together, culture and exercise – with both friends and family. Whether you enjoy staying active or just hanging out, the varied programme has something for everyone!

Kampus with Friends will take place at the Karin kampus on Saturday, February 14, from 1 to 4 p.m. The programme includes watching a movie, games, activities and baking. This free event is aimed at 12–19-year-olds, and participants are encouraged to dress according to the Valentine’s Day theme.

Youth centres will be open during the sports holiday as follows:
– Viklo: Wednesday and Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m.
– Kuovi: Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m.

Sports Day will be held in the Karin kampus sports hall on Monday, February 16, from 1 to 4 p.m. The free event is intended for 13–17-year-olds. Participants should bring comfortable sportswear and their own water bottle.

A day trip to the Fazer Visitor Centre and SuperPark will take place on Tuesday, February 17. The trip must be booked and paid for in the city’s online store by February 9. Departure to Vantaa is at 8 a.m. from Äijänsuo, and the return to Rauma is at approximately 9.30 p.m. Prices: €48 for children (aged 3–17) and €51.50 for adults.

Yönuokkari (overnight youth event) will be held at the Kuovi Youth Centre from Wednesday to Thursday, February 18–19, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Advance registration is required by February 12 at 9 p.m., and the first 25 registrants will be accepted. The overnight event is alcohol-free and a closed event for 7th–9th graders.

Free movie screenings for young people will be shown on Thursday, February 19, at the Karin kampus, Sali 1. Participants may bring their own snacks.
– 4 p.m. Encanto (age rating 7, original version with Finnish subtitles)
– 6.30 p.m. A Minecraft Movie (age rating 12, original version with Finnish subtitles)

At the Main Library, a presentation titled “Minustako äänikirjailija?”  by LoadMyBook will be held on Monday, February 16, starting at 5 p.m. The presentation will be held in Finnish. On Tuesday, February 17, from 10 to 10.30 a.m., children can take part in Satumummo’s storytime. Visitors can also view Seppo J. Rantala’s photography exhibition, open until February 27.

At the Marela Shipowner’s Home Museum, visitors can complete a photo orienteering task and take part in activities related to the Rauma Lace Story exhibition during the holiday week. Admission is free for visitors under 18.

The Rauma Art Museum will be on call Wednesday, February 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. Admission is pay-what-you-want during these hours.

The swimming hall’s teaching and youth pool will be open with warm water throughout the week from February 16 to 22.
