Booking of Facilities

Bookings are made through the Timmi booking program. You can also check the booking status from Timmi.

Bookings are accepted no earlier than 1,5 years before the event. The exception is the Poselli’s small hall, that can be booked for weekend use no earlier than six weeks prior to the event. In this case, the weekday rent of the hall will be charged at a 50 % surcharge.

The rent is charged according to the price list in force at the time of the event, including the time needed for preparation and disassembly.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge one month before the event. If cancelled more than two weeks before the event, 50 % of the rental price will be charged. If the event is less than two weeks from the date of cancellation, the full rental fee will be charged according to the price list.

Culture House Poselli

The Culture House Poselli is a versatile and atmospheric cultural facility right in the city centre. The address of Poselli is Nortamonkatu 12, 26100 Rauma.

Poselli’s large hall (about 210 m²) can host concerts and meetings for 198 people. In addition, family celebrations and other private events for up to 150 guests can be organised. The small hall (about 90 m²) offers comfortable cafeteria space for 60 people.

Rauma Hall

Rauma Hall is located near the centre of Rauma, in connection with the business administration building of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK). With its adjoining rooms, it offers facilities for a wide range of events from concerts to meetings and conventions. The address of Rauma Hall is Satamakatu 26, 26100 Rauma.

The Rauma Hall has 433 numbered seats, but it is also available for meetings and conventions. The hall has a 132-seat cafeteria and a 60-seat lounge. The downstairs dining room can be rented for private events on weekdays after 4 PM and during weekends.

The Rauma Hall’s cloakroom services are run by the Rauma Guild of Business Administration Students (RLO Kilta ry).
