Rauma Collection

Rauma collection

The Rauma Collection is located in the separate Rauma Room of the Main Library. The collection can only be viewed on site and cannot be borrowed.

The collection includes:

• non-fiction books about Rauma
• poems, plays, novels, children’s and young adult books, and comics by authors from Rauma
• magazines, maps, sheet music, music recordings, video recordings, board games, annual reports, and small prints

The oldest bound issues of the Länsi-Suomi newspaper are not available for reading from the storage due to their fragile condition.

The Main Library continuously buys and accepts donations of non-fiction about Rauma and fiction and music publications by Rauma authors.
