Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 have the same price list until the end of the year. All rental prices will change starting January 1, 2026.

• 25 people with tables
• 40 people without tables
• Meeting rooms 1 and 2 can be combined into one large meeting room.
• Laptop can be set up on request
• Data projector available

• Narrow tables in three rows
• 25 people

• 1 hour: 22.26 €
• 2 hours: 40.49 €
• Additional hours: 6.07/hour €

Meeting Room 3

• Seats 15 people around a table
• Laptop and data projector can be set up on request

• 2 hours: 22.26 €
• Additional hours: 5.06/hour €

Research Rooms

• Can be reserved for up to three months at a time

Rental Prices:

• Month: 70.84 €
• Week: 25.29 €
• Short-term use (2 hours): 5 e

Exhibition Space

Located in the Main Library lobby with panels and glass display cases

Rental Prices:

• Exhibitions by under-20s: Free of charge
• Associations: 12.15/week €
• Private individuals and companies: 22.26/week €
