Garden Waste Weeks at Hevossuo Waste Treatment Centre, 28 September–30 October 2026 – Free Reception of Branches and Garden Waste

The autumn Garden Waste Weeks will be held at Hevossuo Waste Treatment Centre from 28 September to 30 October 2026. During this period, branches, garden rake waste and apple waste can be delivered free of charge to the waste station at Hevossuontie 50. The station is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
During Garden Waste Weeks, customers do not need to stop at the weighbridge office to report loads of branches, apples or garden rake waste. Apples and other fruit have a separate reception area in the garden waste collection field. Customers are asked to observe the 30 km/h speed limit in force on the site.
Normal charges apply to other household waste. Outside the Garden Waste Weeks, the reception fee for branches and garden waste is five euros per trailer load.
