Hazardous Waste Collection Vehicle to Tour Rauma on 2–3 October 2026

Rauma Waste Management will organise a hazardous waste collection in Rauma on 2–3 October 2026. The collection vehicle will stop at collection points in urban and rural areas, where households can dispose of hazardous waste free of charge.
The collection accepts oils, batteries, paints, solvents, pesticides, fluorescent tubes and medicines. Hazardous waste must be carefully packaged and clearly labelled.
The collection vehicle does not accept explosives, barrels, electrical appliances or bags of dry concrete.
Larger quantities of hazardous waste must be reported in advance to the Hevossuo Waste Management Centre by calling +358 44 403 6420 or to waste management advisor Kaisa Österlund at +358 44 403 6116.
