Technical Committee Reviews the Selection of the Facility Service Director on 18 August 2026

The selection process for the City of Rauma’s Facility Service Director will proceed to the Technical Committee for consideration on Tuesday, 18 August 2026. It is proposed that Pauli Sillman, M.Sc. (Tech.), be appointed to the position.
Sillman has extensive and versatile experience in leadership roles within municipal property and facility services. In his previous positions, he has been responsible for construction management, investment and renovation projects, property asset management, as well as financial and human resources management.
The Facility Service Director will lead the staff, finances, and operational development of their service area, as well as the city’s extensive portfolio of real estate and facilities. The role includes overseeing investment and renovation projects as well as construction management, managing the building stock’s lifecycle, and supporting changes to the service network.
A total of 11 applicants applied for the position of Facility Service Director.
