The auction ends on August 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or three minutes after the last bid.
This culturally and historically significant property is located at Kodisjoentie 1432 and includes the lot, the main building, an outbuilding, playground equipment, and a shelter. The Kodisjoki School served as an elementary school and daycare center until June 2026. The school building was constructed in 1929 and expanded in 2005 and 2011. The total gross floor area of the main buildings is 1,663 square meters, the outbuilding is approximately 60 square meters, and the lot covers 6,384 square meters.
Viewings will be held on Monday, August 3, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Friday, August 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The final decision on the sale will be made by the Rauma City Board. The sale will only go through if the highest bid is approved at the City Board meeting.
