Three Candidates Interviewed for the Position of Facility Service Director in Rauma Will Be Tested

The interview panel preparing for the selection of the City of Rauma’s Facility Service Director interviewed five candidates on June 24, 2026, June 26, 2026, and July 1, 2026. It was decided that three of them would be invited to take aptitude tests.
The following candidates were invited to the interviews:
– Antero Mäkilä, Master of Engineering (Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences), Project Manager
– Juha Tuominen, Master of Engineering (Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences), Construction Engineer
– Leena Joki-Korpela, Architect
– Mika Virtanen, Master of Science in Engineering, CEO
– Pauli Sillman, Master of Science in Engineering, Project Manager
The following candidates will be invited to take the aptitude tests:

– Leena Joki-Korpela, Architect, Rauma
– Pauli Sillman, Master of Science in Engineering, Rauma
Eleven applications for the position of Facility Service Director were received by the deadline of June 21, 2026.
The interview panel will meet again once the aptitude test reports have been received. The goal is to select the Facility Service Director during August.
The Facility Service Director will lead the staff, finances, and operational development of their service area, as well as the city’s extensive portfolio of real estate and facilities. The role includes overseeing investment and renovation projects as well as construction management, managing the building stock’s lifecycle, and supporting changes to the service network.
