Summer at the Youth Centers

The Viklo and Kuovi pop-up bars are taking a summer break and will reopen in September.

As a small exception, Kuovi will be open as a summer pop-up! Opening hours are Wednesday, June 10, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 11, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Wednesday, June 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Moped Garage Continues

The Moped Workshop is closed for the summer and will reopen in August.
The Moped Workshop is primarily intended for 15- to 17-year-olds who are interested in mopeds and want to learn how to maintain and repair them. During the sessions, the young people are assisted by an instructor knowledgeable about mopeds and mechanics, as well as a youth counselor. The Moped Workshop is equipped with the necessary tools, but each moped owner must provide their own spare parts for repairs. Mopeds cannot be left in the space to wait for the next session, as the space is also used for other activities.
An important goal of Mopotalli is to promote safe traffic behavior. After all, modifying mopeds is not even allowed. When visiting Mopotalli, young people agree to follow the center’s rules.
Mopotalli is one of the city’s youth centers where we follow the principles of a safer space. Our center is substance-free, and energy drinks are not allowed either.
