Outdoor trails in Rauma

Rauma offers many outdoor trails of varying lengths. In winter, they are used for skiing. Near the city center, there are cross-country trails and nature trails of varying lengths and levels.

Outdooractive

Outdoor and hiking trails in Rauma can be found on the nature tourism service Outdooractive. Outdooractive’s content can be viewed both in a browser and via the mobile application. The route descriptions contain information such as the length of the trails, their difficulty and the elevation differences along the trail.

If you want to download Outdooractive to your phone and browse the content on your mobile device, follow the instructions below.

  1. Install the free Outdooractive application, which can be found in the App Store and the Play Store under the name Outdooractive: Kartat ja GPS.
  2. Create a new user account or log in with an existing Google or Facebook account.
  3. Allow the application to use your device’s location.
  4. Find a route
  5. Click to open the menu and select “Routes”.

You will see the best search results for trails near you on the map.

The “List” button will show previews of all trails in the area.

Narrow your search results using the quick buttons or the “Narrow search” menu. You can search for a route by name or keyword by typing in the search field.
