Sports Facilities Pricing
By logging in to the booking system you can view reservations. Gymnasiums, beach volley and tennis courts can be reserved through the ‘Timmi’ system. For reservations of other facilities visit liikuntapalvelut@rauma.fi.
Available Time Slots and Tournament Dates
The deadline to apply for regular time slots for the autumn/winter season 2025/2026 is 23.5. For special events, please apply as soon as possible, but no earlier than six months before the event.
Applications for the regular time slots for outdoor sports facilities and summer halls for the summer season 2025 must be submitted by 26.4. The Sports Service will assign summer halls as required for the period 3.6. to 7.8. The regular time slots for outdoor sports facilities are estimated to be in effect from 1.6. to 31.8.
Applications should be submitted using the electronic form (in Finnish). The application form is also available at the Pyyrmani Service Point, Valtakatu 2, where it can also be returned.

Reservations of Otanlahti Beach Volleyball Courts and Tennis Courts in Lähdepelto
Reservations for Otanlahti beach volleyball courts and the tennis courts in Lähdepelto can be made by logging into the reservation system Timmi or by contacting Service Point Pyyrman tel. 02 834 5000 or palvelupiste@rauma.fi.
The maximum time to be booked at one time is 1.5 hours. The Sports Services reserve the right to shorten reservations if they exceed the booking time. Three reservations can be made at a time.
Other Indoor Sports Facilities (Gymnasiums and Martial Arts Dojo)
The regular time slots are valid from the start of the school year in August (8.8.2024) until 31.5. Exceptions are possible.
The summer halls will be determined separately each year.
After the allocation of regular time slots to sports clubs, any other regular time slots, as well as individual time slots will be allocated.
Ice Rinks
Regular time slots are valid from 1.9. to 31.3.
Special events should be applied for as early as possible, but officially no earlier than 1.5 years before the event.
After the allocation of regular time slots to sports clubs, any other regular time slots, as well as individual time slots will be allocated.
The ice rink will close on 31.3. or when the ice hockey matches of the Champions League finish.
Winter Training Hall
The regular time slots are valid from 1.9. until the end of May. The starting period for regular time slots is an estimate.
From 1.6. to 31.8., the hall is closed for everyone but the clubs with regular time slots.
