Change of Ownership of Real Estate

When the property owner changes, the water and/or sewerage account must be transferred to the new owner. Either the previous or new owner can report the change of owner and the water meter reading using the attached form. Water supply will not be interrupted at any stage. The change of ownership can be made after the change of ownership has occurred. In this case, all information can be submitted at once.

Connection Point Statement and Ordering a Network Map

The connection statement serves as the starting point for the property’s water and sewerage plans. The connection statement presents the connection points of the plot pipes, pipe sizes, connection heights and dam heights. The connection statement is needed, for example, when applying for a building permit, or when connecting to a water main or a wastewater and stormwater network.

Rauman Vesi can provide a network map of the water and sewerage network. The map shows how the network pipes are located on the plot, if there is a need to do excavation work. This product does not need to be ordered in connection with a normal building permit, but the necessary information is provided in the connection return apartment. Only order this product separately if necessary.
