Rauma Water’s Customer Portal Will Change On 1 June 2026 – Water Meter Readings Will Be Reported in the New Service
News

Rauma Water will introduce a new customer portal on Monday, 1 June 2026. The service will replace the current KulutusWeb portal, and water meter readings will be submitted in the new customer portal from that date onwards.
The new customer portal can be accessed using an email address or strong Suomi.fi authentication instead of a consumption point number and meter number. KulutusWeb will remain available during a transition period for viewing previous reports, but new meter readings can no longer be submitted there from 1 June 2026.
Meter readings can still be reported by post using a meter reading card or by email to laskutus.vesi@rauma.fi. The change will not affect billing, which will continue to take place six times a year at two-month intervals.
The reform is part of a major system renewal by the service provider CGI, which will be implemented during 2026. The new portal is part of the Eve 3.0 system, which will replace the current Vesikanta system. The introduction of the customer portal is one of the first phases of this update.
How to Start Using the Service
To start using the new customer portal, register for the service and fill in the required information. Users will be automatically redirected to the new service from the KulutusWeb login page.
Go to the new portal: https://eve.cgisaas.fi/rauma/en
If your consumption points or customer information are not visible after registration:
- Log out of the customer portal.
- Wait approximately 10 minutes.
- Log in again and check your information.
If your information is still not visible, select the Add consumption point link. Fill in at least one of the requested details and submit your request. Rauma Water will receive the service request and process it as soon as possible.
