The City of Rauma is selling the Onnela Daycare Center property on Huutokaupat.com. The auction begins on June 11 and ends on Friday, July 3, at 6:00 p.m. or three minutes after the last bid.
Located in the Kortela neighborhood at Rajasuontie 2, the property consists of a plot of land, a daycare building, an outdoor storage shed, and playground equipment. The main building, constructed in 1990, served as a daycare center until January 2026. The main building has a gross floor area of 515 square meters, and the lot covers approximately 3,500 square meters.
A pipe burst occurred in the daycare building in early spring 2026. The pipe burst has been repaired, but the structures have not been restored to their original condition following the repair. The buildings are being sold in their current condition.
Viewings of the property are available on Friday, June 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and on Monday, June 29, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
