Youth centres
The city of Rauma maintains two youth centers, Viklo on the Karin kampus and Kuovi.
The Tauno mobile youth work vehicle provides a safe meeting place for young people with youth workers during the summer.
Participation and influence
The Rauma Children’s Parliament and Rauma Youth Council promote and communicate the views, wishes and suggestions of children and young people to the city organisation. The Children’s Parliament and the Youth Council also plan and organise various events.

Outreach youth work offers everyone under the age of 29 the opportunity for personal guidance and support. Outreach youth workers primarily serve young people who are not in education or employment, as well as those who want help with something that is bothering them.
Youth Workshop
Rauma Youth Workshop is a city unit that offers internships and employment support to unemployed young people.
During the workshop period, you will learn new skills and gain work experience while working in different departments of the workshop.
Ohjaamo Rauma
Ohjaamo is a counseling and service center aimed at young people under 30 years of age.
The experts at Ohjaamo provide assistance with employment, education, money and housing issues.
