Disc golf

There are six frisbee golf courses in Rauma, which are open to everyone and free of charge. Frisbee golf is a low-cost hobby that offers fun outdoor activities and socialising for all ages. Frisbee golf is also an excellent leisure activity for families, as there are tracks of many different levels in the Rauma area. Frisbee golf can be played alone or in a group. A water management structure (wetland) is being built adjacent to the Rauma DiscGolf Park course as part of the water protection efforts in the Vanha-Lahti area. The project is part of a broader initiative to reduce the load on Rauma’s marine area and bays. Work began on October 6, 2026, and is expected to be completed sometime in October 2026.
The wetland will be located at the 15th basket on the course, which is why the basket will be moved northward. The relocation will be carried out in such a way that the total length of the course remains unchanged, and the playing experience will therefore not be significantly affected. Work will also be carried out on the ditch running through the course, but no other course modifications are necessary.
Players are asked to be mindful of the construction zone while on the course and to follow any signs and area restrictions during the work. Part of the course may be temporarily closed during the work.
We apologize for any inconvenience the work may cause. Once completed, the wetland will improve water protection in the area and, at the same time, add a new scenic element to the trail. 7.10.2026
