Hevossuo Waste Treatment Centre arranges garden waste weeks in Spring and Fall, during which time garden wastes (includes apples) are free of charge. We charge a fee for household etc. wastes.

Invasive Alien Species
Reception of Invasive Alien Species to Hevossuo Waste Treatment Centre is free of charge. Info about your waste load at the reception office and you will be guided to the right place.
Small amounts of Invasive Alien Species with roots can be disposed with domestic waste in packed form. Notice that the container’s weight doesn’t go over the limit of 60kg.

Hazardous waste collection

Hazardous waste collection:
– 7.5. Thursday, Rauma city center
– 8.5. Friday, Rauma provinces
– 9.5. Saturday Eurajoki
During the collection, oils, batteries, paints, solvents, pesticides, fluorescent tubes and medicines are accepted. Hazardous waste must be packaged and clearly marked.
Explosives, barrels, electrical equipment and bags of dry concrete are not allowed in the collection truck.
