Vaccination events will be held in Department T0 on:

Monday 24.1. 12 AM to 7 PM
Tuesday 25.1. 12 AM to 3 PM
Wednesday 26.1. 12 AM to 3 PM
Thursday 27.1. 12 AM to 3 PM

Vaccinations for 5 to 11 year-olds by appointment

Vaccinations for 5 to 11 year-olds continue on department T0 by appointment. Appointments can be booked by phone on Friday 21 January from 8.30 AM to 1 PM from 044 403 2687. Appointments for children can also be booked online at rauma.terveytesi.fi

A signed permit for vaccination is required from all guardians of the child. If the child to be vaccinated doesn’t have the permit with them, the child will not be vaccinated.

Rauma Health Services recommends using the Guardian’s consent for vaccination of a minor against COVID-19 form, which can be found on the website of the Finnish institute for health and welfare.

Children over 9 can also receive an influenza vaccine during their appointment.

Third doses by appointment

An appointment for the third Covid vaccination can be booked on Friday 7.1. from 8.30 AM to 1 PM from tel. +358 44 403 2687.

You can also book an appointment online at rauma.terveytesi.fi. Online appointments require secure authentication.

If you are unable to come to your appointment for health reasons, the customer can cancel it and then book another time.

Contacts for cancellations and changes to vaccination times can be made by phone from tel. 044 403 2625 on weekdays from 8 AM to 10 AM. If the booked appointment is not used or canceled, a fine of EUR 50.80 will be charged. The vaccination appointment should be canceled by 3 PM on the previous working day.

Vaccination intervals should be checked

The Finnish institute for health and welfare strongly recommends a third dose of the vaccine for immunocompromised people over 12 years of age at least 2 months after the second dose.

For those over 60 years of age and at risk, a third dose of the vaccine may be given 3 to 4 months after the second vaccination.

For 18-60 year olds who are not at risk, a third dose of the vaccine may be given 4 to 6 months after the second dose.

The person booking the appointment must make sure that the required time has elapsed since the second vaccination.
