Rauma promotes non-smoking

Non-smoking Rauma is an operational program which aims to ensure a smoke-free living environment for children and young people and reinforce a culture of not smoking.

An online training course will be carried out as a part of the Tobacco-free Finland 2030 –program.

The first part of the course will be held on September 19th at 4 p.m. The course consists of five different online conferences over Skype. The next parts of the course will be held on 29.9., 3.10., 10.10. and 17.10. All take place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The conferences are optional and will be lead by tobacco-withdrawal experts.

Rauma social services and health care services provide help quitting smoking for residents. The City of Rauma also helps its employees in quitting smoking with occupational health services.
