Ten new Covid infections at Rauma shipyard

The City of Rauma announced on Friday 12 February, Saturday 13 February, and on Sunday 14.2. of Covid infections in the Rauma shipyard. Monday 15 February 10 new positive results have been diagnosed from the tests, after which a total of 24 infections have been diagnosed at the shipyard.
Testing and charting the infections will continue on Tuesday. If new positive results emerge, more information will be given then.

Exposed people will be contacted and placed in quarantine.
Rauma healthcare services emphasize that if a person quarantined falls ill, they must go get tested. However, getting tested will not shorten the quarantine.

The incubation period for Covid-19 is usually 4 to 5 days, but can vary from 1 to 14. If the exposed person displays even mild symptoms, such as runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, loss of taste or smell, or diarrhea in some cases, they must be tested immediately.
