25 art galleries and museums in Rauma area have free entrance on 10th of July in the celebration of The Day of the Finnish Visual Art. Audience has opportunity to explore the repertory of the museums and the show rooms and work spaces of different artists during the day. All sights are open from 11 am to 6 pm, unless otherwise specified.
It is also possible to participate on art lottery on every sight. The winner is announced on Thursday 11th of July at Lönnström Art Museum.
The opening ceremony is held at Rauma Art Museum at 10 am. The Rauma Culture Act of the Year-award is also presented as a part of the ceremony. The ceremony has free entrance.
