The City of Rauma offers full-time summer club activities for 1st-2nd graders and older special needs students from 3 to 28 June.You can apply for a summer club spot through the City of Rauma schools’ Wilma until 31 March. Decisions on places will be sent to homes by week 19 at the latest.
Applications can also be made using the online form. The electronic application form can be printed out and returned either to the Pyyrman service point at Valtakatu 2A or to the after-school centres.
Summer clubs are held in the afternoon club rooms of Pyynpää, Kourujärvi and Pohjoiskehä schools on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.
– The clubs offer play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and exercise. Children are also provided with a hot meal and a snack,” says Jutta Liiten, supervisor of the after-school activities.
There is a charge for the summer club activities. The fee category is indicated on the application form according to the number of days the child attends.
