Rauma Health Services has started Covid-19 vaccinations for children aged 5–11 in the department T0, at Steniuksenkatu 2. Vaccination times for children can be booked via Citizen portal, rauma.terveytesi.fi.
A signed permit for vaccination is required from all guardians of the child. If the child to be vaccinated doesn’t have the permit with them, the child will not be vaccinated.
Rauma Health Services recommends using the Guardian’s consent for a vaccination of a minor against COVID-19 form, which can be found on the website of the Finnish institute for health and welfare.
