Nearly 30 young people applied to join the Rauma Summer Entrepreneurship Programme

A total of 29 young people applied this year for the City of Rauma’s Summer Entrepreneurship Programme. The activities will start in May with a sparring course.

This time, the young people’s business ideas include cleaning, pet and yard care, car washing, cafés and bakeries, selling hobby supplies and painting.

The final number of entrepreneurs participating in the programme will be finalised in April. Summer entrepreneurs will be up and running by the beginning of June at the latest.

A sparring course for summer entrepreneurs will be organised in early May to go over entrepreneurial skills and practical tips on how to run a summer business.

The Summer Entrepreneurship Programme is a local youth entrepreneurship activity aimed at young entrepreneurs aged 16–20 from Rauma.
