The registration period for pre-primary and basic education in the city of Rauma is 1–14 February. This fall, children born in 2014 will start their schooling. An letter on the registration has been sent to the families of future schoolchildren, and information on starting school can also be found on the city’s website.
375 children will start the first grade of basic education in Rauma next fall. The majority of children born in 2014 are already in the city’s pre-school education.
According to the Digital and population data services agency, 346 children will start their pre-primary education, which is 28 children less than last year.
